She was able to lock me into a great rate and she walked me through all the details and terms no matter how small it was, and answered all my questions and emails promptly. No extra question, email, or phone call was ever a bother for her; she was always there for me. Personally I do not see her as my mortgage person but as a good friend. During this process we had some tough time yes, but we definability have a lot of good ones and a lot of laughs.
